yes and no. The total amount of funds is the same as it was, and is  
100/30 times as large as it was before; there is also a funding  
source (IETF meeting fees) that underwrites the portion CNRI has  
handled up until now.

The big issue there is that should a temporary underflow occur, ISOC  
has to pick up the difference, where CNRI used to.

On your last question, pleas refer to the 2004 and 2006 budgets.
