Does the above change of funding of IETF by ISOC from 30% to 100% 
affects the ammount of funds, which ISOC spends on IETF?

And if yes, how big (in % of total ISOC budget and in absolute numbers) 
was the spending of ISOC on IETF before and after the above change?
