This is an interesting debate on Net Neutrality. You can see both view 
points.

It may highlight what you face in all countries. The telecommunication 
companies would like to re-shape the internet because it is only the 
companies at the edges (the ones providing applications) that have the 
biggest growth.

Which leads also to Bruce Perens forecast, Mobile companies are only 
network companies, they are not content provider companies. The mobile 
content will grow when mobile companies realise that.

I think I wanted to share this above debate with you, it seems important 
especially when we focus on Internet Governance.
