Thank you for your comments. This is exactly my intention. To get things 
moving, it is sometimes necessary to have some international experience 
- but I hope - once we are set up - that by the time the first elections 
are due, the new leadership will be Cambodian (though I am prepared to 
act as a consultant for a while, if being asked).
