Dear Terry,
Thank you for forwarding this application proposal to the
chapter-delegates list.
Just a quick comment: I have known Norbert Klein since 1999 and would
like to say that when it comes to Internet public policy work, he is a
man of great dedication and energy, so I wholeheartedly support this
application.
We are also currently working together on the Friends of Open Forum
Cambodia project, www.f-ofc.org to help Open Forum build strong civil
society in Cambodia.
So, I am very pleased to have learned that Norbert decided to put his
time and energy in building the local ISOC chapter in Cambodia.
Today I also spoke to future members of hopefully another Asian chapter
(in formation). So, this in all is very good news, as we may well soon
have the ISOC-ACC, not only ISOC-ECC.
