Dear Vint & Bob,

On behalf of the Mauritanian Internet Society Chapter, I would like to 
sent you our best congratulations on behalf of all mauritanian Internet
community.

We couldn't forget the role you have played in the past for the
enhancement of ICT in different sides, specially training and access for
the developing world.

I personally met you several times in the 90's during the famous INET
conferences and keep a very good "souvenir".

As a non-english native speaker, please apologies for my poor language.
