[chapter-delegates] Congratulations to Cerf and Kahn from the Mauritian Internet Community

Dear Gene,

Our message follows:

"The Internet Society Chapter of Mauritius would like to take this
opportunity to congratulate you, Mr. Vint Cerf and Mr. Bob Kahn on the
occasion of winning the ACM Turing Award. We would like both of you to be
recognised for your dedication and for pioneering the Internet.

Perhaps one of the greatest inventions of our time is the Internet Protocol.
Without a doubt, the Internet has had a profound effect on almost every
aspect of our lives and hats off to you guys for making it possible. 

We would take this opportunity to thank you as well for your initiative of
establishing the Internet Society - for global coordination and cooperation
on the Internet and for promoting and maintaining a wide range of activities
focused on the  development, usage and  availability of the Internet and its
associated technologies.

Vint and Bob, unfortunately we regret for not being able to attend the
ceremony but anyway our hearts are with you and we are also looking forward
to take the Internet a step further.

You guys worked hard to make Internet what it is today; once again
congratulations and just enjoy the moment.
