You are knocking on an open door. You don't need to make me or Patrick 
understand this. We both have been and are working with governments and 
inter-governmental organizations. You should address other people on that 
topic.

Oh, come on Franck... You should know well by now what are the big 
interests of ISOC - and they are all around the standards pillar, the IETF 
restrcuturing, etc. These are the big interests, and they get all the real 
funding.
