Evrytime you give diferent priovileges around vote based on paying a fee, 
you scrap our ideal of democracy and Internet for everyone.
Reading all the debate since two weeks show a clear consensus on this point.
If HQ and BoT can't accept it, they must be changed by the Chapters and 
individual members !
