[chapter-delegates] Results of the board discussion on membership

Can somebody post this issue on Slashdot, as this is not acceptable!!!
We made it clear to the board our position. I think we gave enough time
for the board to propose a plan of action in the review of this
membership programme. They just stated that may be they will look into
it and that they were rather busy on more important issues.
Can we have an online petition, that members will go and sign as
apparently writing to ISOC CEO is considered as DOS attack.
