[chapter-delegates] Results of the board discussion on membership

We don't need more explication for understanding God'S decision. We want to 
be part of the decision made in our name.
The Board did'nt understood chapters concern.

As the board seems do be unable to understand us. I think we must bypass it 
and take direct action.
I hesitate between a worldwide petition about the issue or a press campaign 
about the new Reston tyranny, maybe we can call Condoleeza at our help  ;-)
