[chapter-delegates] A celebration for Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn?

Good idea. It is important that ACM has decided
finally to give the prize to something
so different from the awards given in the
past. This deserve to be celebrated.
I was a lucky one to congratulate Vint Cerf
in person last week.
