[chapter-delegates] Re: Real-Time Meeting with ISOC Real-People :-)

I personally won't be able to make that. On 15 March I will be in  
Washington DC visiting various and sundry, and at that instant will be  
deep in the bowels of a large five-sided building...

However, please feel free to hold this without me.

Another possibility would be to hold it a week later, when I am at home  
in Santa Barbara California.
