Agree on both points.
Time-wise, it may be easier to co-ordinate and have an ISOC-ECC 
statement. However it would be advantageous to have both, individual 
chapter statement as well as the ISOC-ECC one. Alternatively, we can 
have additional individual chapters sign up for the ISOC-ECC one, if agree.
