So do I. Question now is that because of timing - report comes out 
mid July, and August more or less no one works in Europe:) - what 
kind of process shall we have to prepare statement, to distribute, to 
discuss, to publish?

Also, shall we have an additional ISOC-ECC statement?
I also strongly encourage every chapter to make their own, too.
