Dear George,

I am happy that your attention is now focused on Ukraine. In last
2-3 years I was several times in that country and know people there
quite well. My love for Ukraine culminated in training Polish observers
to the recent 2nd tour of elections, which climaxed the Orange Revolution.

I don't know such texts but I know two local persons, who might
know them: Slava Shkarupin from Kiev and Ihor Katernyak from Lvov.
I am deliberately not cc'ing this e-mail to them leaving the decision to
contact them to you.

A reasonable person and a devoted supporter of Internet is also
prof. Michael Zgurovsky, currently(?) a rector of KPI and former
Minister of Education.

With the kindest regards,
Jacek Gajewski
