Hi,

I have been away from the Internet for a week and am only now catching 
up.

I agree that this is a great idea and encourage people to read both the 
report and the background report if they have the time.

While I think informed comment is best, it might also be worth setting 
up a poll on the various models proposed where someone can state simply 
which, if any, of the models they agree with.

ISOC can have a very strong voice, but it has to be seen as vox populi 
and not just the voice of experts.
