Avri,
the only way to do that is if ISOC would not only ask the members 
(via chapters, organizations, or directly), but also consider their 
opinion. I think the Board of Trustees should be informed about your 
ideas, and I am sure that Fred and Lynn, who read regularly these 
lists, will do so.
