[chapter-delegates] Tsunami school project

Indonesian Chapter has already have educational officers since May 2004.
Please let me know the name of the person to be contacted in UNICEF Jakarta
( Indonesian habit and culture makes if very difficult to get pass
receptionists and secretaries without knowing the full name of the person )
and I will try to make contact and report on the progress.
