Netnews after migration appears to have been unattended and on a quick
glance I found junk messages. Csiph looks neat, the archives (I saw
netscape) goes down several sub-levels.

If you need help in figuring out how to backfill everything, may be
archives.org could help, if they receive a nice request. Csiph doesn't have
to migrate away from Google, perhaps move from Google Groups to a different
product in the cloud SUCH AS the Compute Engine; In the process of building
up CSIPH, the exercise could include, apart from list archives, any other
form of exchanges, early web pages related to Internet history in an
organized way.
