Old articles are, but no new ones. Google Groups has stopped all
Usenet activity and switched everything on their servers to read-only
almost exactly two years ago. (yesterday) They did that due to pressure
from the rest of Usenet for their inability to control their spam.
As far as new activity, there are several services that provide
access and feeds. We have a Usenet feed at LSSM for our staff.
