[ih] Launch of The Internet Ecosystem Book

I did review the "book" - it has an outline-like feel to it but I thought
it did a pretty good job of picking up high points of the history. I didn't
think there were too many major gaffes. Others might not agree, depending
on their personal stories and experiences.
