Noel's ana-3 site is dead now, but it has apparently moved to:

  http://mercury.lcs.mit.edu/~jnc/

However, http://mercury.lcs.mit.edu/~jnc/tech/mos is inaccessible or
nonexistent.

However, I saved a copy of ana-3's 2023 contents in the Internet Archive here:
