[ih] weight of the internet

Reminiscent of Norm Augustine's classic essay examining the trends for
fighter aircraft. He observed that over many years the cost kept going up
but the weight remained about the same. He pondered how it would be
possible to continue this trend, which would obviously require finding
something increasingly expensive but also weightless. Software!
Estimating the weight of the Internet might be amusing on its own, but it
gets more interesting when combined with the value of the Internet.
