Minor clarification to my earlier note .. I was reminded in another note
that Johnny may have worked for DEC in the field in Europe at some point,
but I cannot confirm this. He was not in New England, but being in the
field is indeed quite possible, and might explain his access to the RSX 11
source. But like a lot of field people, they were a long way from
New England, where development was occurring; there was often a gap between
what was thought to have happened and reality.  I know I spent many hours
dealing with those gaps as the Worldwide Technical Director in the DEC
Systems Engineering Team when I was based in MRO.
