Not that I recall.  The uucp world was very informal and collaborative
and if someone was playing silly buggers like that, few people would want
to talk to them.

Also remember that uucp was store and forward. There'd be a queue of files to
transfer at each end and the calls were typically made either on demand if they
were local free calls or scheduled for late in the day when rates were low.

The local calling areas were usually symmetrical so it didn't matter which end
called, but even so it was common for links to be set up so one end always made
the calls.
