No "we" didn't. Mark Delaney came over to Cisco from Yahoo and we worked
it out. You had nothing to do with that. The meeting at my house was how
to work out the differences which you and John had no part of. It was
Eric Allman, Jon Callas, Jim and I and Miles Libby. But before that
meeting we already had the parameters of how it would be merged.
