Then there's the "DDN Directory, June 1984", scanned by the Internet
Archive as part of Ed Feigenbaum's papers:

  https://archive.org/details/DDNDirectoryJune1984/page/n1/mode/1up

Behind the title page, it says:

"The DDN Directory was published by the DDN Network Information Center
using Tymshare’s AUGMENT system for text processing and formatting.
Camera ready copy was produced with a laser printer from Imagen
Corporation, Los Altos, CA, and final printing was done by
Consolidated Printers, Inc. of Berkeley, CA."

Copies from microfilm are also available here:

  https://archive.org/details/DTIC_ADA148213/page/n5/mode/2up
  https://apps.dtic.mil/sti/citations/ADA148213

as well as metadata for offline copies at:

  https://archivesspace.mit.edu/repositories/2/archival_objects/308531
  https://www.computerhistory.org/collections/catalog/102659263

(I didn't find pointers to any older or newer versions of the DDN Directory.)

On the general topic of network history:

If you search the Internet Archive for "ARPANET", you'll find almost 700
items, including lots of DTIC reports, the "ARPANET NEWS" (e.g. May 1973
Issue 3), etc. Almost 200 items within the results are the "ARPANET
Collection" created by Katie Hafner in writing Where Wizards Stay Up
Late. These include transcripts of interviews with BBN folks, as well
as published materials.
