I don't know what your goal is, but there are printed volumes called the
"ARPANET Directory" (later titled "DDN Directory"), which is basically that.
(They also contain other info; lists of hosts, etc.) They're pretty big; 500
pages or so.)

I have the 1982 (NIC 49000) and 1984 (NIC 50000) editions. It's possible
there are scanned copies somwhere, e.g. in the DTIC collection).
