To add a bit:

- The ISOC is a fairly stable place, given its role in the Internet
	more stable than companies ’created’ for archiving, AFAICT

- It may be futile to expect anything more
	note that IRL, there is no such thihg as a permanent archive either
	museums come and go, as do cemeteries 
	even endowments come and go

The archives are available online; if anyone wants to contact an archival source and point them to those pages, they can be crawled and backed up without moving the list.
