Brooklyn is in the house. Unlike other Larrys, Larry Irving is not in the
Internet Hall of Fame, although he should be. As the USA's top ICT guy in
the 90s he oversaw much of the Internet's growth as he re-negotiated
domestic & global regulation, to which he brought a keen sense of digital
equity,  He is credited with inventing the term "Digital Divide.
