Autodin II took the December 1974 TCP spec (RFC 675) and elaborated on that
in a fork independent from the evolution of the RFC series TCP and TCP/IP.
The fork was a huge pain for me during that time. The project was top heavy
and eventually crashed and burned. The best source of information for that
story is Peter Sevcik who now runs NetForecast, Inc - in Charlottesville if
I remember correctly.
