Hey Joly,

Randy Bush would know a lot of people who fit this criteria as the NSRC
worked with a lot of local people in Africa to bring sustainable
Internet to that continent.
If Hashim can do a little homework, he can find the names of all the
pioneers by looking through the NSRC's connectivity historical database.
