As I have indicated elsewhere here, there are persuasive reasons to 
believe that the space-program might be deserving, in fact, for the 
credit for this almost-76-year-old being able to sit at a computer 
(having arrived here from my quarters upstairs under my own power) a 
type this reply to a mailing list that only incidentally uses the 
Internet as its transport.
