[Chapter-delegates] Survey of Chapter Membership

Hi
I am starting to work on a GOOGLE FORM  Survey to our ISOC Ontario
membership to gauge their opinions on our activities and priorities.
I wonder if others have done something similar?

Survey Monkey costs $360 a year.    www.surveymonkey.com
I did a Free version but its hamstring which doesn't allow for individual
comments and its expensive.
