I hope you are well!

I would like to extend my sincere thanks for the time, thoughtfulness, and care you invested in reviewing the Malaysia Borneo Chapter application.

Your feedback has been very well received by the group and has contributed meaningfully to their understanding of both the opportunities ahead and the expectations of chapter formation.

As the peer review stage has now concluded, the Internet Society Malaysia Borneo Chapter is now in formation, and we will be moving forward with the next steps in the chapter formation process<https://www.internetsociety.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Chapter-Charter-Process-Documents.pdf>.

The group also continues to work on several important areas identified during the review, including broadening and diversifying its member base, navigating local compliance requirements, and deepening stakeholders’ understanding of our shared mission and values. Given the unique context of Borneo, these efforts will be important in building a strong and representative community.

Thank you again for your support, encouragement, and constructive feedback throughout this process! Your willingness to share your experience and perspectives help ensure that new chapters are built on a strong and sustainable foundation.
