[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to Observe ISOC and ISOC Foundation Board Meetings (7 September 2025)

Dear Chapter Delegates,

A brief ISOC Board Meeting will take place this Sunday, 7 September in Vancouver, BC, Canada and via Zoom Webinar. The agenda is posted here<https://www.internetsociety.org/board-of-trustees/meetings/190-2/>. Open to Observers Session topics include board approval of the elections timeline and appointment of additional members to the Nominations Committee and Elections Committee.

A brief ISOC Foundation Board Meeting will also take place on Sunday, 7 September. The agenda is posted here<https://www.isocfoundation.org/meeting-agenda/f33-agenda/>. There is only one topic for the meeting (the approval of board designated funds); it will occur in Open to Observers Session.

The Zoom Webinar links can be obtained by clicking the “Guidelines for Observers” button on each agenda page, and then the “Agree” button. Please note the links are different for each meeting.
