[Chapter-delegates] Vote Eng. Alphonce Odhiambo – A Proven and Inclusive Leader

Dear Chapter Leaders and Colleagues,

Having had the privilege to work alongside *Eng. Alphonce Odhiambo*,
especially during the *ISOC Community Network training held in Kenya this
week*, which brought together delegates from across Africa, I witnessed his
inspiring leadership, strong collaboration skills, and unwavering
commitment to achieving tangible impact in the field.

Alphonce has supported numerous communities in several countries to deploy
community networks — a concrete and lasting contribution that advances one
of ISOC’s core missions: *connecting the unconnected.*

At a time when *African representation and inter-chapter collaboration* are
vital to strengthening our global community, Alphonce stands out as a
unifying and visionary leader. We need leaders whose *actions and results
speak for themselves*, and Alphonce is one of them. His vision, dedication,
and collaborative spirit make him an ideal representative to advance our
shared mission.

I therefore call on all chapter leaders to *vote for Eng. Alphonce Odhiambo*
for the *2026 ChAC Steering Committee*.
