<p><font size="4">Alphonce has supported numerous communities in several countries to deploy community networks — a concrete and lasting contribution that advances one of ISOC’s core missions: <em>connecting the unconnected.</em></font></p>
<p><font size="4">At a time when <strong>African representation and inter-chapter collaboration</strong> are vital to strengthening our global community, Alphonce stands out as a unifying and visionary leader. We need leaders whose <strong>actions and results speak for themselves</strong>, and Alphonce is one of them. His vision, dedication, and collaborative spirit make him an ideal representative to advance our shared mission.</font></p>
