[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to Observe ISOC Board Meeting (13-14 June 2025)

Dear Chapter Delegates,

The Internet Society Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Friday, 13 June in Prague, Czechia and via Zoom Webinar. The agenda is posted here<https://www.internetsociety.org/board-of-trustees/meetings/189/>. Open to Observers Session topics will include the ChAC Report, OMAC Report, President and CEO’s Report, and an Update on ISOC Activities to include Year to Date Progress on the Action Plan.

The Internet Society Foundation AGM will take place on Saturday, 14 June. The agenda is posted here<https://www.isocfoundation.org/meeting-agenda/f32-agenda/>. Open to Observers Session topics will include a Foundation Update and report from the ISOC Catalan Chapter.

The Zoom Webinar links can be obtained by clicking the “Guidelines for Observers” button on each agenda page, and then the “Agree” button. Please note the linksare different for each meeting.
