Dear Chapter Leaders,

Voting for the 2025 ISOC Board of Trustees elections has begun! Electronic
ballots were emailed earlier today to your Chapter’s President (or Voting
Delegate if one has been assigned). Presidents/Voting Delegates have until
Friday, 4 April at 15:00 UTC to cast their ballots.

In this year's election cycle, ISOC Chapters are asked to elect one (1)
trustee to the board. The winning candidate will serve a three-year term
commencing in June 2025. Additional details on the elections can be found
here: https://www.internetsociety.org/board-of-trustees/elections/.

As previously announced, today also marks the close of the Chapters
Candidate Forum. Links to biographical summaries provided by all the
candidates remain available online at:
https://www.internetsociety.org/board-of-trustees/elections/2025/nominees/.

We encourage you to engage with your Chapter's President (or Voting
Delegate) on the choices this election presents. If you do not know who the
President (or Voting Delegate) for your Chapter is, do not hesitate to
contact your Community Engagement Manager (CEM) or ISOC Community
Compliance and Governance Specialist Rama Rejman. Contact details are noted
below.

Best regards on behalf of the 2025 Elections Committee,
