[Chapter-delegates] Celebrating IWD 2025

Today is March 8, International Women's Day. In her LinkedIn message, our
#ISOC CEO Sally Wentworth reminds us that: "ITU statistics show 244 million
more men than women using the internet in 2023. And in 2022 only 21 per
cent of women used the Internet in low-income countries, compared to 92
percent of women in high-income countries. This needs to change."

Good reminder about what we as an organization -- including all our
chapters -- have been doing, but also about so much work that still remains
to be done.
