[Chapter-delegates] Urgent: PayPal Integration for Zambia - Contact Request

Dear Colleagues,

I am urgently seeking a contact person at PayPal to help with
partnership/bank integration for local payments. I am part of the Zambia
Online Monetization Task Force and getting some contacts at PayPal hasnt
been easy so far.

The past 10 years or so has seen an increase in unemployment which has
necicitated the growth of our gig economy. More and more Zambians are
turning to online platforms for freelance work, digital services, and
e-commerce. However, a significant barrier exists: *Zambian citizens are
unable to receive PayPal payments due to a lack of local bank integration,
severely hindering our growing gig economy.*

This limitation prevents our entrepreneurs and freelancers from fully
participating in the global marketplace. They miss out on opportunities for
international clients and revenue streams, stifling economic growth and
innovation.

We've faced roadblocks with standard customer support in our attempts to
resolve this critical issue.

*Request:* Could you provide a direct contact at PayPal for bank
integration partnerships or guidance on initiating this process?

Enabling PayPal functionality is not just about convenience; it's about
contributing to increased job creation through the gig economy. The gig
economy offers flexibility, income potential, and skills development,
particularly for our youth.

This is critical for Zambia's digital economy and its ability to compete
globally.

Your response in pointing us to some contacts will significantly help our
journey.
