[Chapter-delegates] **Save the Date!** ISOC at ICANN March 11

I just thought it may be a good idea to share this again -- and if Kyle has
any update, even better. The reason is that some chapter delegates are
asking about whether there is any gathering at ICANN82 and apparently they
may have missed this message. Hope those who will be in Seattle can take
note of it!!
