Many appreciate the outstanding work that you've done and continue to do. Your 
excellent work is *not* "worthless", it's just that some for their own reasons 
decided to declare it so. Like you, am hoping that this can still change, and 
that the work that volunteers in ISOC do be truly valued and appreciated, and 
not just paid lip service.
