Dear Chapter Leaders,

This is a kind reminder to please review your draft performance evaluation in the Leader Portal (AMS) and address missing items by 30 November 2024.

! Please note: This is only the first draft report - some updates to chapter records may not be reflected in this draft report. Items such as attendance figures for the regional calls will be updated in the chapter records by your regional Community Engagement Manager (CEM) before the final report in December.



  *   Please log into the Leader Portal to review this year’s evaluation and see missing items.
  *   Reminder that all 7 criteria in Part 1 are required to be considered a chapter in good standing.
  *   The deadline for any additional updates is 30 November 2024. After this date, additional updates may not be considered.
  *   Your chapter’s final score and related badge will be calculated by your regional Community Engagement Manager (CEM) after the deadline.
  *   Final results are announced on 12 December.

How to view your chapter's draft evaluation report:
- Log into the Chapter Leader Portal<https://community.internetsociety.org/leader/s/> (AMS), or log into the community portal<https://community.internetsociety.org/s/home-community> and click on Leader Portal
- Click on ‘Chapter Evaluations’ tab

- locate this year’s Evaluation Round Name: “December 2024,” and click on the number to the left of it in the column Chapter Evaluation Name (will be something like CE-12345).

-this will bring you to your draft evaluation where you can see what boxes have been checked and review if there's anything missing that would need to be updated.

-by the deadline of 30 November, tend to missing items and work with your regional Community Engagement Manager (CEM) for support and to make updates to your evaluation.
-as the criteria is updated, it will be reflected in the chapter evaluation before the final draft is marked as completed.
-the final chapter performance evaluation results and awarded badge will be updated, finalized, and completed by your Community Engagement Manager.
