[Chapter-delegates] Request for a method to send email to Chapter members.

Hi Drhipo,     Thank you for responding to this. We actually have three different support tickets open by Mohan, and all are awaiting replies from his end.     We provided the correct link to the video training several weeks ago, and never heard back that there was any further issue with access (support ticket #13941). The other two tickets (#14046 and #14120) provided solutions to the original issues, but we are still awaiting responses as to whether things were resolved, or if additional support was needed.     In the meantime, we're working with Sarah Lake to have an additional email training set up.     It doesn't seem that there is any further action to be taken on this support ticket (#14194), so I'm going to close it out as these issues are being addressed in three other tickets. However, if I missed something, please feel free to respond and reopen the ticket.     Thank you! Yole Anna
