I asked for a one-on-one and step-by-step demo of the emailing.
This attitude of the AMS is very irresponsible.
There is no method to send emails to Chapter members from the portal.
And traning on a non existing feature is futile.
Will the demo be arranged or should I esclate it the highest level?
