Hi Pedro,

Good point. As to the legal side, I think the Finnish chapter is
a good example - as it formally and legally is SIY (Finnish Internet
Association), a member organisation of the Finnish Information
Processing Association (TIVIA). The fact that it also is the
Finnish ISOC chapter is a small aside from the point of view of
the Finnish association laws. :)
