Why is it inappropriate Andrew? Inappropriate even to have a conversation
about how the board meetings are recorded ? This reminds me of a remark by
one or two BoT members that any proposal event to discuss Internet Society
Accountability , even as a discussion in camera, even as a discussion
within the BoT, was an inappropriate proposal.
